●Product introduction: The cable paper covered wire is an electric wire which is extruded or drawn by an electric round copper rod or an electric round aluminum rod through a certain specification of a mold, and then wrapped on a copper (aluminum) conductor to wrap two or two layers. The winding wires of the above insulating paper (including cable paper, high-density insulating paper, inter-turn insulating paper, etc.) are suitable for oil-immersed transformer coils and other similar electrical windings. The bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by the extrusion process is the most ideal material for producing cable paper covered wires.

Paper wrapped  winding wire is made up of bare from oxygen free copper rod or electrical aluminum rod by drawing or extruding processing and wrapped by insulation materials.paper covered single wire , with insulation wrapping in the outside layer

                                           4 layers per wire and 16 layers outside for composite wires

Soft aluminum wire  ≤ 0.028000Ω•mm²/m  at 20°C

Proof stress Rp0.2:soft < 100 N/ mm2,Semi-hard 100-300 N/ mm²,

The deviation of Proof stress Rp0.2 could be +0-20 N/ mm².
